Yoga students at #Intuitive Flow Yoga can practice asanas while gazing out at the distant volcanic peak of Mount Agung or lush green Campuhan Valley. The top level open-air studio offers pleasant breezes and bright sunlight through the large sliding windows. There is a separate area below for private sessions and #healing therapies. Besides daily #yoga classes, Intuitive flow also offers accredited teacher training programs, #retreats and #holistic therapies such as reiki and massage
.At Intuitive Flow you can study Yoga Pranala, a combination of Vinyasa flow, energy movement, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation. Movements are gentle but challenging, and work to activate life force, release stress and promote better circulation, self-awareness and inner peace. Instruction is led by Linda Madani, certified Registered Yoga Teacher and healer who has studied under Balinese healer Tjokorda Rai since 1996. She offers group and private sessions, personalised yoga and healing programs.
Intuitive Flow also offers intensive 200-hour yoga teacher #training courses, which include accommodation in the stunning and serene Abing Terrace Resort and a unique Balinese initiation ceremony at the end of the course.
