Meet a local family who will welcome you with traditional local warmth. Prepare traditional Balinese coffee, using beans grown on site and roasted over an open fire until crushed and filtered. Enjoy the best cup of coffee you’ve ever had. Prepare coconut oil, which is best for Balinese cooking. Make traditional Balinese spice paste used as a base for many dishes.
