Then, head to a traditional Balinese compound with a beautiful setting overlooking a deep ravine, complete with organic spice plants. Meet a local family who will welcome you with traditional local warmth. Prepare traditional Balinese coffee, using beans grown on site and roasted over an open fire until crushed and filtered. Enjoy the best cup of coffee you’ve ever had. Prepare coconut oil, which is best for Balinese cooking. Make traditional Balinese spice paste used as a base for many dishes. Learn so much in a short time. After finishing lunch, drive to Mas Village, a wood carving village, and visit Tegenungan Waterfall before heading back to your hotel.
