- The following are prohibited as they can damage the slides or are potential snagging hazards: Loose clothing, eyewear, and swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations (including metal zippers or drain holes on boardshorts)
- Children must be aged between 2 - 11 Years old
- Children under 2 enter for free
- Family tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children only
- No outside food and drinks can be brought into the park
- Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult
