Description

Start at Gembleng Waterfall, a rock terrace where small natural pools step down the cliff with sweeping valley views. Expect a stair climb to reach the pools; stones can be wet, so move slowly and wear grippy sandals/shoes. When it’s quiet, it’s a dreamy spot to sit in the water and take photos—your driver will brief you on safe entry points and where to keep bags dry. Continue to the Sidemen valley for a relaxed rice-terrace walk along village paths and irrigation lines. With fewer visitors than the famous tourist terraces, Sidemen offers coconut silhouettes, patchwork paddies, and, on clear days, distant volcano views. Choose a short loop for photos or stretch your legs a bit longer—your driver can align pickup where your path ends. This is also a good window for lunch (personal expense) at a simple warung or a valley-view eatery. Roll on to Kanto Lampo Waterfall, a wide, stepped cascade perfect for dynamic photos. Steps descend to the river; expect wet footing and shallow wading to reach the best angles. After heavy rain, staff may limit access for safety; if so, keep to marked viewpoints. If you wish, add a quick coffee plantation stop on the return. See shrubs up close, learn basic picking and roasting, and sample a small tasting flight.
