Comfortable walking shoes are advised, as the tour involves walking through various zoo areas. Visitors can arrive earlier to explore Bali Zoo's daytime attractions before the 'Behind Closed Doors' program begins. Please note that the pick-up service (if booked) serves the following areas of Bali: Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud and Sanur Pick-up areas include Kuta, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, and Jimbaran at 1:00 PM, and Sanur and Ubud at 1:30 PM.
