Both the Sound Healing Journey and the Dwi Wayu Floating Sound Healing in Ubud offer immersive experiences designed to promote deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. In the Sound Healing Journey, you'll find yourself in a tranquil space, perhaps adorned with natural elements, where you'll recline comfortably as a facilitator guides you through breathing relaxation to center your mind. The heart of the experience lies in the resonant vibrations of the Singing Bowl 7 Chakra, where you'll witness and feel the rich tones of various singing bowls tuned to different energy centers in your body, promoting harmony and balance. Gentle Body Awareness Affirmations will be woven in, encouraging you to connect with your physical sensations and cultivate inner peace. Finally, you'll be offered a soothing cup of Ginger Tea to gently ground yourself. • The Sound Healing Escape is available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 15:00 - 16:00 hrs. The Floating Sunset sound bath is available everyday 18:30 - 19:30 hrs The Svaha Spa Kenderan is located at the Aksari Resort Ubud. Comfortable attire recommended. Please bring your change of clothes if you choose Floating Sound Bath Experience. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Suitable for guests aged 12 and above. Children and infants are not permitted in the spa treatment rooms unless they are also receiving a treatment Free parking available for spa guests.
