We have a range of classes running daily for drop-in guests and studio members. Our classes are suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Private sessions for individuals or groups are also available. Please see teacher profiles to meet our teachers and our class descriptions to help you choose a class.
Advice to students:
We believe yoga is about self-responsibility, so please be respectful of your body in order to avoid injuries. If any pain is experienced during your practice, gently ease out of the movement or posture and notify your instructor. Wear comfortable clothing and remember personal hygiene is important as we often share equipment. It may be a good idea to bring a towel. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating within two hours of your class. Stay well hydrated and get ready for some fun!
