Tour Overview: Embark on a thrilling one-day journey from Banyuwangi to witness the mesmerizing Blue Fire of Mount Ijen and enjoy panoramic views of the crater lake. Tour Itinerary 23:00 – 23:30 Pick-up from your hotel in Banyuwangi and depart for Ijen Volcano by shared car. 01:30 Arrive at Ijen parking area. Briefing session and time to relax before the hike. 02:00 Begin your hike to Ijen Volcano. 03:00 Reach the summit and, if conditions allow, descend to the crater. ⚠ Important Notice: After the recent earthquake, the crater area is unstable. Descent is allowed only if the sulfur fumes are safe and participants are physically fit for a 900-meter steep descent. Participants should not have fear of heights, asthma, or heart conditions. Crater Activities: Monitor volcanic activity at one of the world’s most active volcanoes. Observe traditional sulfur miners at work. Witness the rare Blue Fire (visibility depends on conditions; miners sometimes extinguish flames to preserve sulfur productivity). 04:00 – 04:30 Climb to the sunrise viewpoint. 05:00 – 06:00 Coffee break at the viewpoint. Relax, enjoy hot coffee or tea, and marvel at the breathtaking sunrise and panoramic crater views (2,386 meters above sea level). Free time for photos and guide explanations about Ijen Volcano history. 06:00 Descend back to the parking area. 07:30 – 08:00 Depart for Banyuwangi. 09:00 Arrive back at your hotel. BALI DEPARTURE : Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Bali .Drive to Gilimanuk(Bali) port then cross with ferry by your self.Upon you arrived in Ketapang port(Java) our driver and guide will meet you then heading to Paltuding(Starting hiking point). Brifing before hiking then continue to hiking to see blue fire(not guaranteed depending of weather) and enjoy the view of lake with sunrise. Back to starting point and prepare for return to Bali island.
