Double-Six Rooftop is one of Bali's newest and most exciting drinks destinations, destined to be upfront on the growing list of Bali rooftop bars and restaurants, designed to take in the famous Bali views as well as ocean vistas.
15 meters above sea level, with stunning views over Seminyak's Double Six Beach. It covers 1700 square metres and it is one of the world's largest rooftop bars, boasting a five metre circular grill serving satay, 'floating' pods for drinkers and diners, and a mini-cinema.
Extending on the hotel's vision for the 'Living It All' destination, dining and entertainment, Double-Six Rooftop offer guests unique experiences of these forms of enjoyment in one venue.
Guests can savor locally inspired cocktails designed by Jonathan Jack, while listening to international entertainment acts and relaxing in 'floating' pods or private areas overlooking the Ocean.
The circular fire pit grill, where the 'United Flavours of Satay' are grilled over coconut shells and wood coals, creates a drawcard focal point in the centre of the rooftop.
The mini cinema, Pineapple Studios, will screen a variety of short films from the BALINALE: Bali International Film Festival. Guests will be able to wander up, pull up a deck chair, and watch some of the official selection.
Indonesian haute-couturier Chossy Latu's incredible theatrical costuming, with hostesses dressed in extraordinary head-dresses and gowns, as well as interior design features like the huge, shark and sting ray tank at the entrance will have guests staring in awe.

He was encouraged and assisted by renowned Australian restaurateur Robert Marchetti.
