Indonesian Cuisine
With a menu described as 'tropical comfort food' inspired by Indonesia's unique cultures, Biku Restaurant in South Bali provides an inimitable place for locals and tourists alike to read, feed and relax.
Situated in a 150-year-old converted Teak Joglo after starting its life as an antique store in East Java, Biku blends together an eclectic mix of a restaurant, tea lounge, antiques and book store in an old Indonesian setting with a contemporary twist.
Aiming to use only the best ingredients, Biku dishes up various local specialities as well as international favourites for those who may be missing home. Sometimes, they even combine the two, with options such as the Asian take on high afternoon tea for two including oolong tea and curried egg sandwiches.
Also being home to the Ganesha Bookshop, guests can indulge in a range of books carefully selected just for Seminyak patrons or relax in Biku's lounge with a nice ice tea.
