Choose to meet directly at Bali Zoo or select a hotel transfer option, where available. Begin your visit with breakfast in a designated viewing area while observing orangutans in their naturalistic playground. Zoo staff supervise the experience to maintain a respectful distance and protect the wellbeing of both animals and guests. No direct contact or feeding of orangutans is included.
Continue with a welfare-focused introduction to Sumatran elephant care. Experienced mahouts share insights into elephant behavior, conservation, daily routines, and the role of natural mud and water activities in their wellbeing. Guests observe the elephants’ natural behaviors and may only take part in staff-approved activities when the animals are comfortable and willing.
The program prioritizes animal choice, professional supervision, and responsible wildlife education. Finish with lunch and time to explore Bali Zoo independently before making your own way back or using the return transfer included with your selected option.
