Important Information
- This experience includes a visit to the sacred Tirta Mengening Temple, where visitors may join the traditional Balinese purification ritual (melukat). Please respect local customs and follow your guide’s instructions during the ceremony.
Bring a change of clothes and a towel, as you may get wet during the purification ritual. A sarong and sash are required to enter the temple and are usually provided at the entrance.
Wear comfortable shoes or sandals, as some walking and stairs are required, especially when visiting Blangsinga Waterfall. Paths around the waterfall may be wet or slippery, so please walk carefully.
Please maintain a respectful attitude inside the temple. Women who are currently menstruating are not allowed to enter the temple, according to Balinese tradition.
