- For Gili Air: due to the limited docking facilities at Gili Air Harbor, large boats and speedboats with high engine capacity are unable to dock directly. Therefore, passengers are transferred from/to Gili Air jetty using smaller boats
- The disembarkation process at Padangbai Port may be somewhat inconvenient due to the high number of taxi drivers offering their services at the boat's exit. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience in securing transportation upon your arrival in Bali, feel free to send us a hotel transfer request, and we'll be happy to help arrange a driver for you upon your arrival in Bali.
