Amanikan
Bali
Amanikan is a coastal cruiser that fuses the romance of spice trading vessels with luxurious modern amenities, which include three above-deck cabins, a foredeck with bar for outdoor dining, and extensive dive facilities.
Amanikan is ideal as a private charter for a couple, a family or a small group. The boat supports a crew of ten including a dive instructor and a chef. This is a floating Aman resort with all the style and luxury you could imagine. It goes without saying that everything else you would expect is on board - outdoor galley, outdoor BBQ for that catch of the day, outside dining, dive gear, lounge space on deck or inside.
Excursions aboard Amanikan include:
Cruise to the islands of Medang and Satonda or head south into Saleh Bay, a fascinating inland sea. Other possibilities include sunset or starlight cruises on the calm waters of Amanwana Bay. More adventurous options include the Aman Komodo Expedition (March-October) and the Raja Ampat Expedition (November-February), on board Amanikan
The Komodo Expedition, a seven-night journey which explores the World Heritage Site Komodo National Park, cruising through the Nusa Tenggara island chain to Rinca. The experience starts or ends with a two-night stay at Amanwana, a luxury tented wilderness hideaway on Moyo Island.
The Moyo Island resort of Amanwana (Peaceful Forest) is the only resort on the island of Moyo, a nature and marine reserve 15 kilometres off the coast of Sumbawa, east of Bali. Surrounded by the turquoise waters and untouched reefs of the Flores Sea, the island is 350 sq.km with vegetation ranging from savannah to tropical jungle. It has a variety of animal and bird life, from deer to wild boar, macaque monkeys, sea eagles and osprey.
