Kickboxing Bali at DojoAora provides dutch-style kickboxing classes for all levels, from the complete beginner to the advanced fighter.
A typical class consists of the following exercises: warming up (running / shadow boxing / stretching), kickpad or boxing bag training with technical explanation, combination exercises and sparring, cooling down exercises (push-ups / sit-ups) and stretching.
Our current schedule is as follows:
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 17:30-18:30
HEAVY BAG TRAINING (beginner and advanced)
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 18:30-19:30
TECHNIQUE AND SPARRING TRAINING (advanced)
