The mission is to introduce this elite training programme to the island and to bring people together as a tight-knit community. S2S CrossFit is in a tranquil setting next to a paddy field and up the road from the beach. WODs (workout of the day) in multiple places - the box, the soccer field next door and Brawa Beach.
Every day, athletes get a new WOD which consists of constantly varied functional movements performed in high intensity, varying from Olympics weightlifting, gymnastics to metabolic conditioning (cardio). All workouts are scaled to your ability. Find your threshold and ensure you continuously perform at maximum intensity. Classes are one hour, covering warm-up, warm-down, a mix of strength and metcon (metabolic conditioning).
Recommend you join initial CrossFit 2-week Elements programme before joining the normal class. Elements sessions will teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit and its methodology incl. health and nutrition.
