Beginner Pole (Open class) - No experience needed! Have you always wanted to try pole dancing? This is your class! Learn how to walk and do simple poses and spins around the pole while getting a cardio workout
Advanced Pole - For experienced polers only. Training in Inversions, advanced climbs, holds and spins in this semi-private class. If you wish to attend this class, kindly come for a 10-minute consultation.
Pole Tricks New - Learning pole trick by pole trick. Working off our Pole checklist, we teach you moves you never did before, regardless your level.
Pole Dance while burning off calories to the beat of rad music! This class gives you simple steps to learn around the pole while you burn calories! You also learn floor moves and finish the class with stretching exercises.
Classes are 55 minutes in length except for Vinyasa Yoga and Workshops - First Come, First serve basis.
