Begin your adventure with an early morning hotel pickup in Bali and travel to the Kintamani area for a Mount Batur sunrise experience by jeep. Pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be confirmed in advance. Arrive at the jeep basecamp and enjoy warm drinks with light snacks while receiving a safety briefing from your experienced driver. Learn what to expect during the journey and important guidelines before heading up the mountain. At around 4:30 AM, start the jeep ride to the Sunrise Point, located about three-quarters of the way up Mount Batur. Watch the sun rise over the volcanic landscape, often accompanied by soft clouds and cool mountain air, while enjoying a light breakfast. Continue the journey to the Black Lava fields, formed by ancient volcanic eruptions. Explore this dramatic terrain and take memorable photos with assistance from your jeep driver. After completing the Mount Batur jeep tour, meet your transfer driver and continue to Ubud for the second part of the day: white-water rafting. Spend approximately 1.5 hours rafting through scenic river sections surrounded by lush forests and rice fields. At the end of the rafting experience, enjoy a buffet-style local lunch at the finish point.
