Get hands-on experience and take home the knowledge to make your own Jamu at home. Start with a brief introduction to the history and philosophy of Jamu and Loloh. Learn about the historical and philosophical origins of these traditional Balinese herbal drinks. Then, learn how to make your own Jamu creation with your own version. Jamu is a traditional Indonesian drink made from many healing ingredients and spices. Learn in detail every step of the technique: peeling, slicing, grating, pounding, roasting, squeezing, and mixing organic ingredients. Take the knowledge home with you.
