Sunset Pilates Studio offers personalised training by highly skilled certified instructors. The focus is to educate clients on the true Pilates Method and to carry the benefits into their daily lives. For any age, body type and fitness level, Pilates is a safe and effective whole body workout.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Studio and Private classes operate from 7am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
Saturday from 8am to 2pm.
Mat Class: Monday and Thursday 6.30pm, Saturday 11am
Circuit Class: Tuesday 5.30pm
Instructors: Nancy Wuisan graduated from 'Ecole de Danse Classique Cecilia Rodrigo', Brussels, Belgium in Classical Ballet. After completing 2,000 hours of Pilates apprenticeship teaching at Pilates Bodyworks Jakarta, she was awarded a teaching certificate by Pilates Bodyworks Singapore.
Has a special interest in the rehabilitation of clients with scoliosis; clientele also include those with osteoarthritis, knee injuries, degenerative disc disease, post stroke, post cancer rehab and women who have special needs pre and post pregnancy.
Rachel Greene of the USA, certified in Mat at Pilates Certification Centre in Raleigh NC and then fully certified in classical Pilates by Carrie Pages at Coastal Carolina Pilates Certification in Charleston SC. She joined Sunset Pilates Studio in 2009.
