Our aim is to create an inspiring and beautiful environment for the nourishment of body, mind and soul. The open architecture and rich wooden floors of our spacious studio inspire you, while our welcoming staff guide you through the most refreshing, restorative practice.
Daily classes run from 7am to 7.30pm. Later in the evenings we host events such as movie nights, meditation evenings and ecstatic dance classes.
Throughout the day's you may explore other holistic classes, including sound healing, hula hoop jam and Sunday dance.
The studio is also available for hire to yoga instructors and groups.
