Run by Janet de Neefe, Casa Luna is one of four properties that include a bakery and two other restaurants. With 20 years of experience, she and her husband make up the dishes served in the restaurants which are inspired by and date back through many generations of her husband’s family.
Setting the tone to your stay is the traditional music soundtrack, or, on occasion, a live band, such as the Rio Sidik Jazz Quartet.
Casa Luna also has a cooking school where students are taught about Balinese cooking, culinary myths and traditions.
