Di Mare

At a glance
In Italian, the word 'Di Mare' translates to 'of the ocean' - a rather fitting name for a restaurant that sits 85 metres above the surf of the stunning blue Balinese waters. Situated deep within the Karma Kandara resort, the semi-circular dining area - designed to resemble a yacht - looks out over sea in this truly spectacular setting.
The food at Di Mare has a strong Mediterranean influence, but incorporates many ingredients from the sea. On the menu you'll find dishes such as 'citrus cured salmon' and 'cumin-braised grouper'. The dishes combine local ingredients with flavours from around the world, giving the food its own authentic flair.
The restaurant also has a huge selection of wines from around the world, which all make for excellent pre-dinner drinks. The romantic setting of the restaurant means Di Mare is a particularly excellent place to go on a date with a loved one. Maybe even take a stroll along the beach after your meal to round off the romantic evening.
