Join a 3-3,5 hours surfing lesson at Kuta Beach near the Mamaka by Olovo. Even if it’s your first time surfing, your guide will help you conquer the Balinese waters as you have fun in the sun and improve your skills. You will ride your waves on the first lesson! Beginner Surf Lesson - 3-3,5 hours: - Meet at the surf school - Go through basic surf theory whilst on class room with explainig safety points - Take surf boards from the school and go to the beach (~50 m) - Warm-up exercises and practice movements on the surf board on the beach - Practice in the ocean (with close instructor guidance) in waves suitable for your skill level - Go back to the school to take a shower and check your success from lesson on the video analysis with surf coach - Receive recommendations from surf coach to improve your surfing on your next lesson Intermediate surf Lesson - 3-3,5 hours: Learn the right position to observe the more difficult sets of waves as they approach. Discover how to eskimo roll, how to choose the good waves, how to turn, how to finish waves and how to do maneuvers such as cutbacks, bottom and top turns. - Together with your coach, you determine your level of surfing and select a suitable surf board - Conduct the theoretical part of the lesson and set tasks for the lesson - Practice tasks in the ocean - Go back to school and conduct a video analysis of your lesson - Receive recommendations from surf coach to improve your surfing on your next lesson This activity is a great bonding experience to do with your friends or family. No need to bring your own surfboards, as the surfing school will provide them. All you need to bring is your favorite swimsuit and you’re good to go.Includes
