It is a stunning and iconic landscape in Bali, known for its beautiful green terraced rice fields. Located in the heart of the island, it showcases the traditional Balinese irrigation system called 'subak.' The tiered fields create a picturesque setting, especially during the planting and harvesting seasons. Visitors can explore the area, walk along the narrow pathways between the rice paddies, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. There are also cafes and shops nearby where you can take in the views while enjoying a meal or shopping for local crafts. Continued to visit Tirta Empul Temple. The temple compound consists of a petirtaan or bathing structure, famous for its holy spring water, where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification.
